New Modern Living Project Near the Plaza District

CHD successfully attained a SPUD (Simplified Planned Unit Development) for an area near the Plaza District that will allow for new neighborhood development. We worked hand-in-hand with a developer to win approval of our shared vision of modern, high-density living in the heart of one of Oklahoma City’s most exciting areas.

Our plan calls for five smaller cutting-edge homes on just two lots, all within minutes of the aforementioned Plaza District, Midtown, Downtown, Film Row, and the newly redeveloped parks that were a part of the MAPS initiatives.
