DARK WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES

One more trend that will continue into 2024 is the use of dark-colored windows and doors. Look for bold and dark colors that add personality, balance, and unique style to your home.

One of our favorite new trends in window technology is switchable glass. Switchable glass, or smart glass, also called Light Control Glass (LCG) or smart privacy glass, uses technology to adjust the amount of light that can pass through. This application has been used in commercial spaces and is now seeing its way into residential homes too.

Switchable glass technology allows windows to adjust from opaque, to transparent, or completely translucent and creates a balance between the need for natural light and openness with the need for privacy and energy conservation. SELF-CLEANING GLASS

Self-cleaning glass is another innovative window technology that uses a revolutionary coating that reacts with sunlight to break down organic dirt.
