Measure your car to find out the dimensions of the vehicle. You can also look in the owner's manual or look up the information online. If you can, we recommend going bigger. You’ll be grateful you did since there will be extra room for storage, a work bench, or a clean up area.
WHAT DIMENSIONS DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR A 3-CAR GARAGE?
Our average 3-car garage is 22’X32’ but we like to go bigger when space allows. We can also incorporate a loft storage area, a workspace, a cleanup space, and a closet for the hot water into your 3-car garage design.

WHY MIGHT I CONSIDER A 3-CAR TANDEM GARAGE?
Tandem means one behind the other. Our clients love 3-Car tandem garages because they allow room to park two cars, one behind another.
We use these in the case that a lot may not be wide enough to incorporate a traditional 3-bay garage. Tandem garages are great for narrow sites. You can park 3 cars in a 3- car tandem garage or the third space may be utilized as a work zone.
